Charles Williams is the founder and CEO of our virtual bank. He currently holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Letters from the College of Letters at Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT. He also holds a Juris Doctor degree from Howard University School of Law in Washington, D.C..
Board Member/ Isabel Perry
Ms. Perry is highly accomplished, award-winning licensed mortgage banker, realtor, community activist in Northeastern United States, and residential real estate entrepreneur for over 30 years. Ms. Perry holds an A.A.S. in Business Administration from Massasoit Community College.
Board Member/ Dr. Maureen McWhite
Dr. McWhite is an accomplished cybersecurity expert specializing in logistics cybersecurity and Assistant Professor of Cybersecurity and Information Technology at Florida A&M University. She also holds a B.S. in Data Processing from Florida A & M University, a Master’s of Business Degree (M.B.A.) from Tampa College, and a Ph.D. in Information Technology, Information Assurance & Cybersecurity from Capella University.
Board Member/ Dr. Loukia Evripidou
Dr. Evripidou possesses extensive academic and professional qualifications in the fields of finance, economics, and business. She holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Durham, UK, with a thesis focusing on Bank Costs, Structure, Performance, and Regulations in the UK. With over two decades of academic experience, Dr. Evripidou currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Accounting and Finance at the European University in Cyprus.

Once established, all Vertex deposits will be insured up to 100,000 Euros per account, per customer through the European Deposit Insurance Scheme. This assurance is guaranteed to all of our customers from anywhere in the world.
